LeisureCraft saunas are crafted from premium Canadian timber and built to order. To help you plan confidently, please review the delivery and installation information below before purchasing.
Lead Time
LeisureCraft saunas are built to order. Typical delivery to the continental United States is approximately 4-8 weeks from order confirmation.
Shipping
Shipping is included to the continental United States.
All LeisureCraft saunas ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery by appointment. The freight company will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
Curbside delivery means the crate is delivered to the end of your driveway or a street-accessible location. Customers are responsible for moving the sauna from the curb to the final installation area.
Installation
Installation is not included.
LeisureCraft saunas are designed for straightforward assembly. Many customers choose to work with a local contractor, handyman, or independent installation service.
LEXLETIX is happy to:
- Answer installation questions
- Share assembly expectations
- Connect you with independent white glove installation services if desired
Installation services are coordinated and paid for directly by the customer.
Electrical Requirements
Sauna heaters and accessories are sold separately. Electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes.
Returns and Damage
Due to the size and nature of these products, returns are not accepted.
If any components are damaged during shipping, replacement parts will be provided at no cost.
