LeisureCraft saunas are crafted from premium Canadian timber and built to order. To help you plan confidently, please review the delivery and installation information below before purchasing.

Lead Time

LeisureCraft saunas are built to order. Typical delivery to the continental United States is approximately 4-8 weeks from order confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping is included to the continental United States.

All LeisureCraft saunas ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery by appointment. The freight company will contact you directly to schedule delivery.

Curbside delivery means the crate is delivered to the end of your driveway or a street-accessible location. Customers are responsible for moving the sauna from the truck to the final installation area.

Installation

Installation is not included.

LeisureCraft saunas are designed for straightforward assembly. Many customers choose to work with a local contractor, handyman, or independent installation service.

LEXLETIX is happy to:

  • Answer installation questions
  • Share assembly expectations
  • Connect you with independent white glove installation services if desired

Installation services are coordinated and paid for directly by the customer.

Electrical Requirements

Sauna heaters and accessories are sold separately. Electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes.

Returns and Damage

Due to the size and nature of these products, returns are not accepted.

If any components are damaged during shipping, replacement parts will be provided at no cost.

2026 delivery and change terms

  • Liftgate: crates 84" or shorter may use a liftgate. Crates longer than 84" cannot.
  • Order changes and cancellations are free within 14 days of order entry. After 14 days a $350 fee applies. Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Address changes are free before the order leaves the factory. After it leaves, a $350 fee applies.
  • If LeisureCraft arranges a tilt tow truck to unload, the cost is $1,450.
  • If delivery is delayed at the terminal, storage fees may be billed at a minimum of $35 per day.
  • Returns are not accepted. A forced factory return is a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. A refused delivery is a 15% restocking charge plus rerouting costs.
