LEXLETIX is an authorized online dealer for Dundalk LeisureCraft, a Canadian manufacturer of premium handcrafted western red cedar outdoor saunas based in Ontario, Canada. We are not an affiliate marketer, reseller marketplace, or dropshipping storefront — we are an authorized dealer with a direct business relationship with the manufacturer.
When you place an order through LEXLETIX:
- Your sauna is built-to-order at the LeisureCraft manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada
- The product is shipped directly from the manufacturer via freight carrier to the continental United States
- All products are covered by the LeisureCraft manufacturer's warranty
- Pre-purchase consultation, order handling, and customer support are performed by the LEXLETIX team in California

Service Area
LEXLETIX ships free to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. Referral services for independent installation contractors are available for customers in San Diego County, California.
