Delivery, Installation, and What to Expect

The CT Tranquility Sauna offers additional interior space while maintaining a refined residential footprint. Please review the details below to ensure proper preparation.

Lead Time

This sauna is built to order. Typical delivery time to the United States is 4–8 weeks from order confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping is included to the continental United States.
The sauna ships via freight with curbside delivery by appointment.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access from curb to installation area
• Moving the crate off the truck and to desired location at delivery
• A fork lift is required to move this sauna

Installation

Installation is not included.
Due to its size, we recommend professional assembly.

A forklift is required to remove the sauna off of the delivery truck

LEXLETIX can assist by:

• Advising on installer selection
• Coordinating introductions to independent white glove installers
• Providing build and layout guidance

Installation costs vary by region and are paid directly to the installer.

Electrical Requirements

Heaters and accessories are sold separately.
Electrical preparation must be completed prior to installation by a licensed electrician.

Returns and Damage

Returns are not accepted once shipped.
Any freight-related damage will be resolved through replacement components.
