RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Overview
LEXLETIX partners with multiple premium brands and authorized suppliers. Return, cancellation, and change eligibility can vary by brand and product. This page explains our general customer support process and includes brand specific terms where applicable.

If a manufacturer policy applies to your item, that policy governs eligibility and fees. We will help you follow the correct process for your order.

How to request a return, refund, cancellation, or change
Please email support@lexletix.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item name and brand
  3. Your delivery address and best contact phone number
  4. Photos and a description of the issue if the request involves damage or defects

Brand policies

Dundalk LeisureCraft

DUNDALK LEISURECRAFT ORDER CHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
The following terms apply to Dundalk LeisureCraft orders purchased through LEXLETIX.

Order cancellation policy

  1. Up to 14 days from order entry, you can cancel the order without penalty.
  2. After 14 days, a $65.00 cancellation fee applies.
  3. Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled.

Order change policy

  1. Up to 14 days from order entry, you can edit or change the order without penalty.
  2. After 14 days, a $65.00 edit or change fee applies. Examples include adding or removing products, adding or removing options, changing the ship to address, and changing the shipping method.
  3. Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed.
  4. After the product has shipped, if the customer wants to change the ship to address, a $250 fee applies.

Change of ship to address details
If the ship to address is changed prior to the order leaving the factory, Dundalk will change the address free of charge. If the ship to address is changed after the order leaves the factory, a $250 charge applies.

Delivery, unloading, and customer responsibilities
Dundalk builds and packs the sauna in a crate and arranges shipping to your home.
The trucking company schedules an appointment and delivers curbside or to the end of the driveway.
The trucking company is not responsible for unloading the sauna, and the customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the truck.

Liftgate and unloading guidance
If the crate is 92 inches or shorter, it may fit on a liftgate and can be lowered to the ground. If the crate is longer than 92 inches, a liftgate will not be available.
If a liftgate is not available, the customer needs to arrange unloading using equipment, a trailer pickup at the terminal, or a tilt tow truck pickup at the terminal.
If the customer wants Dundalk to arrange a tilt tow truck, Dundalk can provide this service for a cost of $750.

Storage charges and delivery delays
After a sauna ships and arrives at the local terminal, if delays occur because the customer does not respond quickly to arrange a delivery appointment, needs time to determine unloading, needs to provide an alternate phone number, or for other reasons that delay delivery, the trucking company may charge storage fees. These storage fees will be billed to the customer. 

Damaged shipments, delivery notes, and urgency requirements
If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment. Please take photos and note the damage on the shipper Bill of Lading. Immediately contact LEXLETIX or Dundalk so they can contact the shipper.
Dundalk instructs marking the Bill of Lading with the following note:
Crate arrived open or damaged, possible hidden damage.

To ensure we can support the freight claim process, you must email support@lexletix.com as soon as possible, and no later than:

  1. Within 24 hours of delivery for visible crate damage or delivery issues
  2. Within 48 hours of delivery for concealed damage discovered during uncrating

Please keep all packaging and documentation and include photos in your email.

Return policy
Dundalk stated return policy is that they do not accept returns.
If a product must be returned to the factory, the following applies:

  1. Customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee
  2. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
  3. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition
  4. LeisureCraft will inspect the product upon return and is the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund

Customer refusal to accept delivery
If a customer refuses delivery and the dealer asks LeisureCraft for assistance in selling the product to another dealer, the following applies:

  1. Customer is responsible for a 15% restocking charge
  2. Customer is responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery address

When fees do not apply
If Dundalk LeisureCraft makes a mistake on your order, order change or cancellation fees will not apply in that scenario.
