SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping coverage
LEXLETIX currently ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States on eligible products. Free shipping covers standard delivery service as described on this page. Optional services and special circumstances may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before or during delivery coordination when applicable.
Order processing time
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Processing time includes order review, confirmation of order details when needed, and submission to the manufacturer or freight carrier.
Order updates and delivery coordination
For sauna and freight orders, LEXLETIX will provide status updates by email as your order moves through processing and delivery coordination. Freight shipments may not include a traditional parcel style tracking link. Instead, delivery is typically coordinated by appointment with the freight carrier.
Phone number required
A valid phone number is required for all freight deliveries so the carrier can schedule a delivery appointment.
Signature required
A signature is required at delivery for freight shipments.
FREIGHT DELIVERY FOR DUNDALK LEISURECRAFT SAUNAS AND RELATED ITEMS
Delivery method
Dundalk LeisureCraft sauna deliveries are made by freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside or to the end of the driveway.
Delivery access
Freight carriers often arrive in large trucks. The carrier typically will not back into the driveway. Please confirm your street and access can accommodate a large delivery truck.
Unloading responsibility
Curbside delivery does not include unloading. The customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the truck. Please plan unloading in advance and return carrier calls promptly to avoid delivery delays.
Liftgate availability
If the sauna crate is 92 inches or shorter, the carrier may have a liftgate that can assist in lowering the crate to the ground. If the crate is longer than 92 inches, a liftgate will not be available.
Unloading options
If a liftgate is not available, you may need to do one of the following:
1. Arrange equipment to unload the crate
2. Pick up the crate at the delivery terminal using a trailer
3. Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate at the terminal and deliver it to your home
Optional tilt tow service
If you cannot arrange unloading and want Dundalk to arrange a tilt tow truck, this may be available for an additional cost. Any optional service charges will be communicated to you before being added.
Storage fees and delivery delays
After a sauna arrives at the local terminal, delays caused by lack of response to the carrier, delays in scheduling, or delays due to unloading planning can result in storage fees charged by the carrier. These fees may be passed through.
Multiple items delivered together
Your sauna, heater, roof option, accessory packages, and lighting may be purchased as separate line items. For Dundalk LeisureCraft orders, these items are intended to be delivered together during the same freight delivery appointment whenever possible. Packaging and number of crates or cartons may vary by product.
INSPECTION, DAMAGE, AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Inspect before signing
You or your authorized representative, including a contractor, must inspect the crate and shipment at delivery before signing.
If the crate arrives damaged
If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment. Take photos of the damage and note the damage on the carrier Bill of Lading before signing. Then contact LEXLETIX immediately at support@lexletix.com.
Recommended Bill of Lading note
Crate arrived open or damaged, possible hidden damage.
Concealed damage
If concealed damage is discovered after uncrating, contact LEXLETIX immediately with photos and details so we can assist with the appropriate next steps.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Change of address requests
If you need to change the ship to address, contact support@lexletix.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible late in the process. Address change fees may apply depending on the manufacturer and the shipment status.
SAN DIEGO COUNTY CALIFORNIA INSTALLATION REFERRALS
Preferred installer referrals
For customers located in San Diego County, California, LEXLETIX can refer you to independent local contractors and licensed electricians who may offer preferred install rates. These providers can help unload, assemble, and confirm electrical compatibility for the installation location.
Important note about referrals
Referred providers are independent third parties. You will contract with them directly, and they are responsible for their work, scheduling, and site assessment. LEXLETIX does not perform installation services and is not responsible for third party labor or workmanship.
