Delivery, Installation, and What to Expect

The CT Harmony Sauna is built to order and crafted from premium Canadian Timber. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the information below before purchasing.

Lead Time

This sauna is built to order. Typical lead time for delivery to the United States is approximately 4-8 weeks from order confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping is included to the continental United States.
The sauna ships via freight carrier with curbside delivery by appointment. The delivery company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Curbside delivery means the crate is delivered to the end of your driveway or street-accessible location. Customers are responsible for moving the crate from the curb to the final installation location.

Installation

Installation is not included.
The CT Harmony is designed for straightforward assembly, and many customers choose to work with a local contractor or handyman.

• Provide installation guidance 
• Share assembly expectations
• Connect you with independent white glove installation services if desired

Installation services are coordinated and paid for directly by the customer.

Electrical Requirements

Heaters are sold separately and require a dedicated electrical connection. Electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes.

Returns and Damage

Due to the size and nature of this product, returns are not accepted.
If any components are damaged during shipping, replacement parts will be provided at no cost.
